A real person reads what arrives here. This page says where to send what, so your message lands with whoever can actually do something about it.
Tell us straight away, on the car itself, so the message is attached to the right car and timestamped. Post in the comment thread on that car saying what happened, then use the direct channel below as well. Speed is the only thing that helps here, and a retraction is a decision staff make rather than a right you hold. Keep bidding stopped until you hear back.
Registration is once: accept the buyer agreement and save a card on your dashboard, and you are set. If the house has paused your registration, the email carries the reason recorded, verbatim. If a hold was declined, the message on the car page carries your bank’s reason. If you think either is a mistake, reply to that email or use the direct channel below.
Your dashboard shows the buyer fee, whether it has gone through on your card, and the next steps. The purchase price of the car, the title and the transport are arranged directly with the seller, and we make that introduction. Nobody here will ever send you new payment instructions out of the blue; if you get a message like that, it is not from us.
Apply to sell. The form asks for the things a real decision needs, it reaches the people who make it, and once you are approved you build the listing yourself and the team reviews it before it goes live.
Ask in the comments on that car. The seller can answer, other bidders can see the answer, and the question stays attached to the car it is about. That is better for you than a private reply nobody else benefits from.
Use the direct channel below and say what you want. We confirm that an account is yours before we act on it, because acting on an unverified request would itself be a breach. What we can and cannot do about deletion is set out in full on the privacy page.
A published address and telephone number are being finalised, and we would rather leave this blank for another week than print one that bounces. Until they are here, these three routes all reach staff and all of them work today:
If a live auction publishes its own contact details for the day, those are the ones to use while it runs. They are shown on its page.
The difference between a same-hour answer and a day of back and forth is usually four lines at the top of the message:
Never send us a password, a full card number or a verification code. We will never ask you for any of them, and anybody who does is not us.
Reggie’s Garage is a working collector-car garage in Seaside, California, on Monterey Bay, which has hosted auctions during Monterey Car Week. It is a place before it is a website, and the cars in the catalogue come from Reggie Jackson’s own collection, from collectors he has known for years, and occasionally from an outside seller whose car fits.
The garage is not a public showroom, so please do not turn up hoping to look around. Viewing arrangements for a particular car are made through its seller, from its page.
Most questions are already answered in the help center, and the rules of the house are on the terms page. Both are worth a look before you write, if only because they are faster than we are.
