Timed online
Cadence: WeeklyLots run for several days and each one ends on its own clock. Bid when it suits you, or set a maximum and let the system hold your place.
- Name the most you would pay and proxy bidding raises you one increment at a time, never more than it has to.
- A bid in the last 2 minutes adds time, as often as it takes. A lot ends when the bidding truly stops, so nobody can snipe it in the final second.
- Every lot shows you whether the reserve has been met.
How do comments on a car work?+
Every car has its own public discussion. Anyone can read it, and anyone signed in can ask the seller a question. Bidders approved for that sale can also post a condition claim, which is shown with their name to every bidder. Read the questions already there before asking a new one. Staff may remove a comment that breaks the rules, such as spam or someone’s private details.
